Reservation Policies
General Reservations

All reservations require a valid credit card to secure the booking.

A 48-hour cancellation policy applies to all reservations.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the reservation time will be charged accordingly.

The reservation holder is responsible for all unpaid items at the conclusion of the visit.

Reservations open one month in advance and are confirmed in the order received. Requests submitted prior to this window will remain pending until reservations open.
Arrival Policy

Tables are held for 15 minutes past the reservation time.

After 15 minutes, the reservation may be released.
Piano Bar & Cover Charge

Effective February 1, 2024, a $7.00 cover charge per person applies to guests seated in the piano section.

ALL Parties in the piano section will have the cover charge charged in advance to the credit card on file.

Seating in the piano section is not guaranteed and is assigned based on availability and order of reservation submission.

Tables not seated in the piano section will not be charged a cover fee.

A credit card is still required to hold all reservations, regardless of seating location.
Piano Bar Hours

The piano section opens at 8:00 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.

Reservations booked before 8:00 p.m. will not be seated in the piano section unless approved by a manager.

Live duelling piano performances begin at 9:30 p.m.
Gratuity

ALL Piano reservations and parties of 6 or more are subject to an 18% automatic gratuity.

Violence or unkind behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the premises.
